First of all, I personally hate this level. It’s the only one I dislike in the Allied campaign. You must keep Tanya alive throughout the mission, which can get to be a pain. But oh well, you have to beat it to move on to the really cool levels.
1. Approach - First you must get through the city to the Psychic Beacon. Make sure you hotkey the three different types of units, you may need some quick finger action here. Move Tanya at the head, only small movements though so she can stop and shoot all of the infantry that will be swarming about. Kill ALL infantry, even civilians, as the Beacon turns them against you. Watch carefully for vehicles (IFV’s with infantry inside) because they will mow down your Engineers or Tanya quickly. Use your GI’s to take out any vehicles (when deployed they’ll make short work of them). Go down the bridge until you reach the hospital, then lead into the parking lot below the Beacon. Move cautiously, and make sure you get the pair of vehicles by the Beacon before you move on.
2. Destroy the Beacon – The key to getting the beacon is in shutting down the Tesla Coils. First shoot the barrels outside the base to the Northeast to get rid of some power plants and gain entry into the base. Watching out for the War Miners, move Tanya and the Engineers into the northern part of the base, out of range of the Teslas. Take the two northern power plants with the Engineers. This should put the Tesla Coils down. Blow up the remaining power plants to the south, then the Tesla Coils and finally the Beacon.
3. Base Building & Attack – Once the Beacon is down, reinforcements will bring a Construction Vehicle and troops. Start building a base as usual, but send a few transports with Grizzlies as escorts to pick up Tanya. If she dies now, you still fail, so get her quickly and bring her back carefully. If you keep the transports out on the water she should be safe for the rest of the game.
When starting the base, make sure you get the crate near the Arch, it contains a lot of money. Also, occupying the Arch itself with troops helps with base defenses. Build up your base and defenses, then make some Rocketeer squads as usual. Use them as Cavalry, striking at attackers, resources, or any other enemy units left unprotected outside of the main base. Use plan squads or Prism Tanks to take out the Conyard (it is near enough the eastern edge of the base to Prism without sending the tanks inside), then take out the other capital buildings and clean up the pieces.
